Get Set Up in Minutes
Follow these 8 steps to get your Fortodo account fully set up â from first sign in to accepting payments and beyond.

Sign In for the First Time
- Open your Welcome email â it contains your Email address and Temporary Password.
- Go to fortodo.com and click Sign In.
- Enter your Email and Temporary Password.
- You will be prompted to create a new permanent password. Choose something strong.
- Tip: Use your Email (not your username) for your very first sign in.

Complete Onboarding â Choose Your Presence
- After signing in, once on the Dashboard, you will be guided through Onboarding.
- Choose your default Presence â this is your regional identity (e.g. United States, Kenya, Canada).
- Your Presence is where you operate: it has its own profile, balance, and services.
- You start with one free Presence. Additional Presences are $5 USD/year each.
- You can add more Presences later from Presences (/presences).

Set Up Your Profile
- Go to Profile (/profile) from the navigation.
- Add your Username â this is your display name on Fortodo.
- Add three Profile Pictures: your main photo, a cover photo, and a presence photo.
- Add a short bio and confirm your country/region.
- Your profile is visible to other Fortodo users and linked to your public pages.

Add Your Services
- Go to Services (/services) from the navigation.
- Services are features you activate within your Presence â Life, Business, Work (Doer), Guardian, and more.
- Life and Business are the two core services. Add whichever apply to you.
- Work ($9/month) lets you earn as a Doer â accepting tasks, rides, deliveries, and more.
- Each service you add appears in your dashboard and is specific to that Presence.

Set Up Money & Your PIN
- Go to Money from the navigation or your dashboard.
- Set your Money PIN â this is required to access your balance and make payments.
- To add funds: Money â Add Money, and follow the prompts.
- To accept payments (Business): open the Fortodo iOS app â Business â Payments â Accept â Cash Payment.
- For Card Payments, once Stripe is connected, you can accept "Card / Debit Card" Payments, and Contactless Payments using "Tap to Pay on iPhone."

Get Your @Handle (Optional but Recommended)
- Your @handle is your unique identity across all Fortodo platforms.
- Go to fortodo.com/handle to purchase your handle.
- It activates: fortodo.com/YourHandle, social.fortodo.com/YourHandle, fortodo.com/s/YourHandle, and worldinfobook.com/wiki/YourHandle.
- Individual handles start from $30 USD/year. Business handles from $100 USD/year.
- Not ready yet? Reserve your handle first at fortodo.com/reserve-handle â no account needed.

Get Verified (Optional)
- Verification unlocks additional features across Social and Money.
- Go to fortodo.com/verification to submit your identity.
- RP Verification (Real Person) is for individuals â $10 USD one-time fee.
- AC Verification (Authorized Company) is for businesses.
- Most verifications are reviewed within 24â48 hours. A verified badge appears on your profile once approved.

Download the Fortodo Mobile App
- The Fortodo iOS app gives you the full experience â payments, rides, Doer services, and more.
- Download it from the App Store or visit about.fortodo.com/mobile/apps.
- Sign in with the same email and password you set up on the web.
- The app and web platform share the same account â everything stays in sync.
