Fortodo Setup Sheet

Welcome to Fortodo! Follow these 8 steps to get your account fully set up. For the full interactive version, visit fortodo.com/setup. For detailed how-to guides, visit fortodo.com/guide.

Open your Welcome email — it contains your Email address and Temporary Password.
Go to fortodo.com and click Sign In.
Enter your Email and Temporary Password.
You will be prompted to create a new permanent password. Choose something strong.
Use your Email (not your username) for your very first sign in.

Complete Onboarding — Choose Your Presence

After signing in, once on the Dashboard, you will be guided through Onboarding.
Choose your default Presence — your regional identity (e.g. United States, Kenya, Canada).
Your Presence has its own profile, balance, and services.
You start with one free Presence. Additional Presences are $5 USD/year each.
You can add more Presences later from Presences (/presences).

Set Up Your Profile

Go to Profile (/profile) from the navigation.
Add your Username — your display name on Fortodo.
Add three Profile Pictures: main photo, cover photo, and presence photo.
Add a short bio and confirm your country/region.

Add Your Services

Go to Services (/services) from the navigation.
Life and Business are the two core services — add whichever apply to you.
Work ($9/month) lets you earn as a Doer — tasks, rides, deliveries, and more.
Each service is specific to the Presence it is added under.

Set Up Money & Your PIN

Go to Money from the navigation or your dashboard.
Set your Money PIN — required to access your balance and make payments.
To add funds: Money → Add Money, and follow the prompts.
To accept payments (Business): Fortodo iOS app → Business → Payments → Accept → Cash Payment.
For Card Payments, once Stripe is connected, you can accept "Card / Debit Card" Payments, and Contactless Payments using "Tap to Pay on iPhone."

Get Your @Handle (Optional but Recommended)

Your @handle is your unique identity across all Fortodo platforms.
Go to fortodo.com/handle to purchase your handle.
Activates: fortodo.com/YourHandle, social.fortodo.com/YourHandle, fortodo.com/s/YourHandle, worldinfobook.com/wiki/YourHandle.
Individual handles from $30 USD/year. Business handles from $100 USD/year.
Reserve first at fortodo.com/reserve-handle — no account needed.

Get Verified (Optional)

Verification unlocks additional features across Social and Money.
Go to fortodo.com/verification to submit your identity.
RP Verification (Real Person) for individuals — $10 USD one-time fee.
AC Verification (Authorized Company) for businesses.
Most verifications reviewed within 24–48 hours.
