Terms of Service

1. Fortodo Credits (Cash Balance)
Fortodo Credits ("Credits") are non-refundable, non-transferable digital credits that may be used solely to purchase goods and services available on the Fortodo platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside the Fortodo ecosystem. Fortodo reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Credits program at any time. Credits are not deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and do not earn interest.
2. Marketplace (GoodiesAisle)
Fortodo operates GoodiesAisle as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Fortodo is not the seller of third-party listed goods. A 2% platform fee is deducted from each sale. Seller proceeds (98%) are deposited to the seller's connected Stripe account. Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Fortodo does not hold seller funds; all payment processing and settlement is handled by Stripe, a licensed payment processor.
3. Doer/Work Earnings
Doers (service providers for Ride, Delivery, Guardian, Liaison, and other services) earn compensation for completed tasks. A 10% platform fee is deducted from each completed service. Doer proceeds (90%) are deposited to the Doer's connected Stripe account for card/credit payments. For cash payments collected directly by the Doer, the 10% platform fee is added to the Doer's Fortodo Bill. Doers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive automatic payouts.
4. Payment Processing
All card payments are processed by Elavon and/or Stripe. Fortodo does not store full card numbers. Payment methods saved on the platform are tokenized by the respective payment processor. Fortodo acts as a technology platform facilitating transactions and is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial institution. All fund transfers to sellers and Doers are executed by Stripe under their applicable licenses.
5. Fortodo Bill
Certain services may be provided on credit, with charges accumulated on your Fortodo Bill. Outstanding balances are due upon request. Accounts with balances exceeding $100 may be marked as overdue. Accounts exceeding $200 may have service restrictions applied until the balance is resolved.
6. Platform Fees
- Marketplace sales: 2% platform fee
- Doer/Work services: 10% platform fee
- Fortodo Store (first-party): No seller fee (Fortodo is the seller)
7. No User-to-User Transfers
Fortodo Credits cannot be transferred between users. The platform does not support peer-to-peer money transfers. All transactions must involve the purchase of goods or services available on the platform.
8. Regional Availability
Certain features including Credits funding, withdrawals, retail cash operations, and specific services may be limited or unavailable in certain regions based on local regulations and licensing requirements. Feature availability is determined by your active Presence region.
